| Is there a discounted entry for retirees? |
| Severely disabled persons, trainees, students, schoolchildren over 17 years of age, volunteers, ALG I and II recipients and holders of the Eberswalde Pass are entitled to a 50% discount. Pensioners pay the regular admission. More information on Prices + tickets |
| What about a group discount? |

| Does a group (children or adults) need to register in advance? |

| Is it possible to borrow handcarts? |
| Yes, you can borrow a handcart for a deposit from us. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible. Only available from April to October. Rental price: EUR 3.00 (plus deposit: EUR 20.00 in cash or deposit) More information on Visitor service |
| Can I make reservations for a wheelchairs? |

| Is it possible to pay by card? |

| How can I acquire a sponsorship? |

| Can I purchase vouchers online? |
| No, unfortunately you cannot purchase vouchers online. You can order vouchers by E-mail order and transfer in advance. After we have received your payment, we will send you the vouchers by post.
