| A day ticket costs EUR 10.00. A reduced day ticket costs EUR 5.00. More information under Prices + Tickets |
| Is there a discounted entry for retirees? |
| Disabled persons, trainees, students, schoolchildren over the age of 17, volunteers, ALG I and II recipients and holders of the Eberswalde Pass are entitled to a 50% discount. Pensioners pay the regular entrance fee. More information under Prices + Tickets |
| What about a group discount? |

| Does a group (children or adults) need to register in advance? |

| Is it possible to borrow handcarts? |
| Yes, you can borrow a handcart for a deposit from us. Reservations are unfortunately not possible. Only available from April to October. Rental price: EUR 3.00 (plus deposit: EUR 20.00 in cash or deposit) More information under Visitor Service |
| Can I reserve a wheelchair? |

| How can I acquire a sponsorship? |
| There are no animal sponsorships in the literal sense of the word, but you can support Eberswalde Zoo through sponsorships. More information under Support |
| Can I do an internship? |
| Yes, you can do an internship at Eberswalde Zoo (from year 8). More information under school internship |
| Do you have EUR 450 jobs? |

| Can i bring my dog ? |
| Yes, you can bring your dog with you. It can be kept on a lead free of charge. More information under Visitor Service |

| Can I purchase vouchers online? |
| No, unfortunately you cannot purchase vouchers online. You can order the vouchers by email and transfer them in advance. After we have received your payment, we will send you the vouchers by post.
