Eberswalde Zoo is open daily from 9 a.m. to dusk. As of 06/11/2023, the time of admission will change from 5:30pm to 4:00pm. ZooSchool is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Welcome!

Ticket sales only at the cash desk

Birthday children have free entry. Just like all children up to 3 years. All information about day and annual tickets, combination tickets and vouchers can be found here at a glance. Ticket-purchase only on site at the cash desk, no advance notice required. Payment with the EC card is possible.

Bus, train, car or bike - the zoo is easy to reach.

Zoo Eberswalde is located at around one hour's drive from Berlin and free car parking spaces are to be found right in front of the door. There is an e-charging station for cars, scooters, bicycles, etc. Motorbike and bicycle boxes are available. From Eberswalde train station, the 865 bus goes directly to the zoo. This is our understanding of making you happy! So let's go!

Most of the zoo is barrier-free. All animal enclosures can be reached by wheelchair. There are appropriate driveways and toilets in the restaurants. It is possible to borrow a wheelchair free of charge (unfortunately no reservation is possible).

From May to September we also offer you an exclusive look behind the scenes at dusk - an observation walk under expert guidance and without any hustle and bustle.
