Giving to a friend can be giving to the zoo
With a gift certificate for the Eberswalde Zoo, you can give the gift of unforgettable animal encounters—whether as a single-day ticket or an annual pass. You can purchase gift certificates directly at our zoo ticket office or order them conveniently by email or fax.
You can find the prices for the admission tickets or annual passes you’re interested in under Prices + Tickets.
Unfortunately, we do not offer consumption vouchers.
Sending gift certificates by mail
Would you like to receive a gift certificate conveniently by mail? No problem!
To do so, please send us an email to zoo@eberswalde.de or by fax to 03334/23465:
- Name and Address
- Desired number of gift certificates
- Type of tickets or gift certificates desired
- For discounted tickets: the applicable discount type
We will then mail you the requested gift certificates along with an invoice. You can then conveniently pay the invoice amount via bank transfer.
Please note that when redeeming a discounted voucher at the zoo ticket office, you must present the appropriate valid proof of eligibility.
validity
The vouchers for day tickets are valid for three years. The annual pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Processing time
Please allow a processing time of approx. one week as well as the post. We do not charge postage for sending vouchers.
