The Eberswalde Zoo welcomes families. There are many offers that have been espacially shaped for the needs of both young and elderly family members.

For example our pacifier tree, where children can say goodbye to their beloved companions – dedicated to the motto: “Hang your pacifier in this tree, you’re already so grow-up, you hardly need it”.

At the petting zoo donkeys, goats and ponies can be petted and at our various walk-in areas you can get close to the animals. There are nine adventure playgrounds for children of all ages.

At the cash desk you can borrow a handcart at the beginning of your visit in case your little ones need a break in between.

Of course there are nappy changing facilities and the zoo gastronomy provides the classic favorite dishes for the little ones on offer.
