Spend your holidays in nature!
During school holidays in Brandenburg, the zoo offers supervised adventure holidays in the ZooSchool. Multiple attractions guarantee exciting days of action for school children. Get out and have fun! Participants do handicrafts, paint, play and design under supervision.

Fall-adventures at the Zoo School

ATTENTION: On 31.10.2024 the zoo is open, the zoo school remains closed!
Anyone interested, young or old, can take part in the Zoo School’s vacation program.
Autumnal specimens, native trees with their leaves and fruits can be explored with microscopes at a discovery table.
Which leaf or which fruit belongs to which tree?
In addition, autumnal window pictures, plaster figures, small mushrooms and garlands can be made.
These offers are available from 10.00-12.00 and from 13.00-15.30.
Registration is necessary.

Monday, 21.10.2024 and 28.10.2024
Otter feeding at 2.00 pm

Wednesday, 23.10.2024 and 30.10.2024
Chicken feeding at 2.00 pm

Friday, 25.10.2024 and 01.11.2024
Llama feeding at 2.00 pm
The meeting point is at the animal enclosure.
During the feedings, the colleagues from the zoo school tell interesting facts about the animals. They use skulls and teeth to explain feeding habits and show how the animals have adapted to their habitat. The meeting point is at the animal enclosure.
